Good Credit Program
If you have good credit, chances are we can get you a lower interest rate than you can get anywhere else. Rates start as low as 4.5%.
First Time Buyers Programs (Georgia Residents Only)
If you are a first time buyer all you need is a 2 year resident history and a 2 year job history (that’s 2 years on the last 2 jobs with no more than a 30 day gap in between), computerized pay checks (stubs that show year to date income) and we can get you financed.
Bad Credit Program JOB STABILITY = APPROVAL!
If you have Job/Residence Stability we can get you financed! We can even get you financed with MULTIPLE repossessions or even if your in a chapter 13, NO PROBLEM! However, you must be over the age of 25.
Bankruptcy is not a problem
If you are discharged from a chapter 7 or at least had the meeting of creditors, we can get you financed. Even if your in a chapter 13, as long as you have Job/Residence Stability, we can get you financed!
